We're also incredibly flexible. Our support team are rockstars and can quickly fulfill your requests via our text line (text us anytime at (650) 422-2612).
- If your job is starting later than you thought, you can automatically update your repayment start date in the app without any extra penalties. (And if you need even more flexibility, just email support your new dates and we'll make it happen).
- If something comes up that means you can't repay that month, we can work with you to defer the payments in the plan to a later date that works better.
- If you have some trouble with your job, we have folks on-hand here to work with you to find something that'll work.
Things happen, we get it. ThriveCash was designed realistically, and with the student schedule in mind. The app is streamlined to help you jumpstart into professional life.
What if I choose not to pay you back?
This would be the only case where ThriveCash would affect your credit. Here we have to follow the industry standard by reporting the failure to pay to the credit bureau. This would hurt your ability to access affordable financial services further down the line.
We don't like doing it, but fortunately, this basically never happens. 🙂
